Fitness and Money

What are two of the greatest wants of most people?  Great fitness and enough money. 

Fitness and good health can be achieved by exercising more and eating less and healthier.  It is easy to create a plan to work out five days per week to get into great shape and maintain it, much, much harder to actually do it.

Having enough money can be achieved by spending wisely, avoiding credit (i.e. borrowing), and using your skills to earn more via a job or your own business.   It is easy to decide to save and create a budget, much, much harder to avoid getting and using credit cards to buy something.

Marketing works.  Count the number of ads on food and drinks, financing and buying now (like cars), fancy credit cards with your favorite photo on them, and the shoes you must have in order to work out. 

Turn off the TV if you dare.  Getting fit and having money (not credit) are difficult enough without everyone on the TV taking you the opposite direction.
